Phase One : A need analysis based on the use of multiple instruments (Interviews with persons in key positions, and/or with specific knowledge, Opinion Research, Focus group).
The needs analysis will determine what the actual performance problems are, and what solutions should be considered.
Phase Two: Establishment of priorities, Identification of consulting and training needs , Segmentation of target groups and estimates for schedules and resources.
Phase Three: Develop and conduct workshops,\seminars and training courses tailored to meet the assessed needs of the target group .
The training programs will be interactive in nature and will provide opportunities for participants to take an active role in the training process.
Phase Four: Training and consulting will be supported by a thorough monitoring and evaluation dimensions to discern the effectiveness of the rendered services and the responsiveness of the project’s objectives to the needs of the target group.
