QIMA is committed to ensure that consultation and training will be directed toward satisfying the organization’s needs.
Phase One : A need analysis based on the use of multiple instruments (Interviews with persons in key positions, and/or with specific knowledge, Opinion Research, Focus group).
The needs analysis will determine what the actual performance problems are, and what solutions should be considered.
Phase Two: Establishment of priorities, identification of consulting and training needs , segmentation of target groups and estimates for schedules and resources.
Phase Three: Develop and conduct workshops,seminars and training courses tailored to meet the assessed needs of the target group .
The training programs will be interactive in nature and will provide opportunities for participants to take an active role in the training process.
Phase Four: Training and consulting will be supported by a thorough monitoring and evaluation dimensions to discern the effectiveness of the rendered services and the responsiveness of the project’s objectives to the needs of the target group.
Phase Five: Effectiveness of training and consulting services will be ultimately measured by both formal and informal evaluation methods such as feedback from participating executives to assess the changes in their business practices and attitudes as observed through direct contacts and visits.
