QIMA's training programs are designed to effect an attitudinal change and a shift in participants’ daily practices in both public and private sector, by providing participants with needed information and skills that pertain to the target concepts and themes of (Customer Care) best practices and encourage the concept of quality performance at all levels.
The Training Programs are :
- Positive thinking
Participants in this program will discover the bright side of any each problem they might, this will help them to discover more opportunities and solutions.. This training will provide participants with the necessary knowledge and techniques to apply in their jobs, as well as providing them with the necessary tools to disseminate the positive spirit in the work place
and in various aspects of their lives.
- Team Building
This program is about group dynamics that will enhance organizational performance, it provides an opportunity to enrich the dialogue and generate new ideas that lead to complete the work and solve the problems
in scientific and psychological way.
- Customer Focus
This customer care program provides participants with the capacity to deliver good customer care; the program integrates behavior modeling with statistical analysis of each participant's interactive behaviors. The combination lets participants see how their skills measure up to the success model, and the precise steps they need to take to improve. All elements are built around a Core Module, which introduces QIMA’s philosophy, process and models, and links these key elements to the
participants' on-the-job experience.
- Negotiation Skills
This program helps participants define their own rules and beliefs about negotiation and how they either support or get in the way of success, it will make participants define their abilities as individuals and they will get the opportunity to practice a variety of tools and techniques to see what works
for them and what best suits their personal styles.
- Assertiveness Skills
This program is designed to help people feel better about who they are and to recognize the store of resources they already have at their disposal. It's not a course about teaching the 'right' way to behave, more about opening up increased choices and possibilities.
